Problem Statement
Raise awareness among plant professionals about the alarming disappearance of pollinating bees through a B-to-B Public Relations operation.
Solution
- Creation of a creative and appealing concept : The first Food Truck dedicated to bees.
- Installation of the setup at the tradeshow dedicated to professionals of plant in Nantes, where the targeted audience (plant professionals) is located.
- Arrangement of melliferous flowers, the favorite food of pollinating insects, inside and around the Food Truck. Showcasing of the plants beneficial to bees and other pollinators.
- Distribution of leaflets and communication on the importance of melliferous plants for the preservation of bees by trained hosts.
- Broadcasting of an awareness-raising clip during the activation
- Welcome area featuring honey-themed treats and beverages.
- Speech by an opinion leader.
- Media coverage of the event through various channels (print media, partner websites, social media...)
